Lesson Plan

Objective:  The student will write a brief description of activity which occurred in each class period each day.  Homework notations will also need to be made.  This activity is for the parent to be involved in the daily activity of the student.

Example:
                 06/23/10
                Tools for Learning - completed Math homework.
                Art - worked with clay to create a bear
                Social Studies - watched movie about Revolutionary War
                Arkansas History - read pages 124 - 147.  HOMEWORK
                English - took test on Bears Go Home
                Science -  began dissection of a frog
                Math - reviewed chapters 10-11  HOMEWORK
